Break the eggs into a small bowl, add the milk, a pinch of salt, pepper and mix well.
Heat the butter over medium heat in a small pan.
Once the butter has melted add the eggs to the pan, let it simmer for a few minutes and start to move the egg around slowly with a spatula.
Serve once the egg has set and is cooked to your liking.
