This is basically the same as a sunny side up egg, just flipped over
Heat the butter in a small pan over medium heat
Crack the egg directly in the pan and cook for two to three minutes.
Flip the egg over, being careful not to break the yolk. Turn the heat off and let it sit for a few minutes depending on how runny you would like the yolk to be.
Remove from the pan, serve with toast and your favourite condiments.
